Molly and Robert had their beautiful wedding at Fearrington Village this past fall, and we had such fun planning and designing their magical day!

Molly and Robert were instantly drawn to the beautiful grounds of the village and the rustic, elegant Barn. They loved the venue so much, so we we absolutely had to incorporate custom paintings of the barn to their paper goods! We worked very closely with Alyson from One and Only paper on their gorgeous, custom invitations and day of paper details.

Molly and Robert opted for a first look to calm their nerves and to have as much time as possible with their loved ones after the ceremony. Roberts’ reaction to seeing Molly for the first time is what romantic movies are made of! Their ceremony took place at the Willow Oak site in the immaculate gardens in the Village. For the ceremony we bought in lush greenery on the existing arbor and added a beautiful installation of lush greenery, wispy mouille grass and florals. These pieces were re-purposed at the reception on the stage to soften and to add some visual interest!

Our sweet bride loved greenery, creams, nudes, mauve and touches of burgundy. We took all these gorgeous tones to create a design something right out of a fairytale! The Barn was transformed with the addition nude draping, magical lighting and an amazing greenery truss over the head table. Rich velvet linens and wood chargers were a perfect balance of luxe and rustic. Robert’s grandfather raised orchids and all of the women in his family own an orchid necklace, something Robert gave Molly when her proposed to her. We added small orchids to the design here and there as a nod to Robert’s grandfather and their family tradition. Molly and Robert absolutely love their little pug! Their sweet pup was added to their cake as well as their new pug baby, Robert surprised Molly with on their wedding day!

After a delicious southern stationed meal guests and very meaningful toasts by the father of the bride, best man and maid of honor. The toast transitioned to the cake cutting and dancing. The dance floor was packed with the sounds of the Another Level Band! There was a short break in the party when Robert hopped on stage to serenade his bride – a moment everyone loved and will always remember!

A magical day for a truly amazing couple and family! We love you Molly and Robert!
