Emily and Mike had the most special, beautiful, early spring wedding at the Pavilions at Angus Barn. We could not have asked for more perfect weather, North Carolina truly showed off her beauty!
Emily and Mike met on match.com, after a few dates they knew they would spend the rest of their lives together! Mike proposed at the Raleigh Rose Garden on a beautiful, early spring morning!
The couple said their I do’s on the lake side patio at the Angus Barn Pavilion on a sunny, April afternoon surrounded by their closest friends and family. The intimate ceremony was followed by a cocktail hour on the front patio of the barn under a clear top tent with sparkling, market lights. Guests enjoyed delicious cocktails and passed appetizers. The patio was transformed into a cozy space with lounge pieces from Cottage luxe and a round bar from the Greenhouse Picker Sisters.
The cocktail hour was followed by a delicious plated meal located in the barn. The tables were beautifully dressed with ivory linens and the elegant place setting consisted of gold rimed glass chargers, ivory napkins and a fun round dinner menu to guide guests through the meal. The bold, colorful and lush centerpieces created by Meristem Florals brightened up the room and gave it a lush garden feel. Dinner was followed with a delicious cake from Cinda’s Creative cakes and the IN Full Band kept the dance floor packed. Guests were each gifted a custom water bottle from the couple t bottle up the love- a nod to their love for walks and the outdoor. The evening drew to a close with a sparker exit! A beautiful day for a truly beautiful couple!
